This 3000L solar water heater (non-pressurized) is a fully stainless steel solution designed for large hot water demands. It includes 12 sets of 25-tube vertical non-pressurized solar collectors with 316L stainless steel inner chambers, paired with a full stainless steel open-loop 3000L storage tank.
The system features a centralized control unit that monitors performance and automatically controls the circulation pump. The electric heater element also starts and stops automatically to ensure stable hot water supply.
With its compact design and one-stop solution, this system is durable, affordable, and highly reliable—ideal for hotels, factories, schools, and commercial buildings requiring large volumes of hot water at a low cost.
1.First, the storage tank is filled with cold water, and the collector loop is also filled and primed with water.
2.Solar radiation heats the water inside the evacuated tubes of the solar collector.
3.When the controller detects that the temperature difference between the solar collector and the storage tank reaches the preset value, it automatically starts the circulation pump.
4.The circulation pump drives the water to circulate continuously within the system loop.
5.Hot water is pumped into the storage tank, while cooler water from the bottom of the tank is circulated back into the collector loop.
6.If the water temperature in the storage tank does not reach the preset value, the auxiliary electric heater will automatically start to provide supplementary heating.
7.When the temperature difference between the solar collector and the storage tank falls below the preset value, the circulation pump will stop automatically.
8.If the water temperature still does not reach the desired setting, the auxiliary heating device will continue to assist the solar water heating process.
9.Eventually, the water reaches the required temperature and is ready for use.

The GSR-25 tubes vertical type solar collector absorb solar radiation and heat the water in the collector loop. When the X-7 controller detects a sufficient temperature difference between the collector and the storage tank, it automatically starts the circulation pump to transfer hot water into the tank.
If the storage tank temperature does not reach the set value, the auxiliary electric heater will automatically start to provide additional heating until the required temperature is achieved.
