Flat plate solar collector is a metal box with a glass cover on top and a colored absorber plate at the middle. The sides and bottom of the collector are insulated to minimize heat loss. Sunlight passes through the glass cover and absorbed by the absorber plate, convert solar energy into heat energy. The heat energy is transferred to heat transfer liquid passing through copper pipes, which attached on the absorber plate.

The collector features a black chrome absorber with ≥95% absorptivity and low 5% ±2% emissivity, ensuring high thermal efficiency and stable solar water heating performance.
It uses 3.2mm low-iron tempered glass with ≥91% transmittance, allowing maximum sunlight to pass through while providing strong impact resistance.
High-density rock wool is used to minimize heat loss and maintain efficient thermal performance, even in colder climates.
It is suitable for residential, commercial, and industrial solar water heating systems, including homes, hotels, schools, hospitals, and other project-based applications.
The collector is designed to withstand up to 0.7 MPa, making it compatible with high-pressure solar water heating systems.
