Heater solar water 2

Riwatt IronMan serial is the integrated pressurized solar water heater for domestic hot water that relies on the principle of thermosyphon to actively carry out natural circulation. IronManseries are mainly 100L, 150L, 200L, 300L, to meet the needs of families in different regions. It is especially suitable for high-latitude, cold and low temperature areas.
Pressurized solar heater delivers stable hot water using high-efficiency heat pipes, a 1.5mm stainless steel tank, and a smart controller — a durable solution for homes and hotels.

● Evacuated tubes with heat pipes absorb sunlight.
● The working fluid inside evaporates and carries heat to the condenser in the tank.
● It transfers heat to the water, condenses, and flows back by gravity.
● The pressurized stainless steel tank stores hot water and delivers strong water pressure, controlled by sensors and a smart controller.

The water tank is designed as a pressure-bearing structure with a test pressure of 1.2Mpa and a working pressure of 0.7Mpa. This indicates that the system is robust and can handle certain pressure conditions.
The inner tank material is made of food-grade stainless steel (SUS304 or 316L), ensuring water safety.
The inner tank is welded using fully automatic argon arc welding and double-sided argon gas protection, contributing to the durability of the tank. The inner tank is expected to have a service life of more than 15 years.
The solar water tank is insulated with polyurethane that has independent bubbles and a foaming density of 36KG/m3.
This insulation results in a minimal temperature drop of less than 2 °C of hot water within 12 hours.
The insulation is effective enough to maintain a temperature of 25 °C for 24 hours, and it is resistant to deformation over a long period.
The solar heat pipe utilizes a phase-change heat transfer design, leading to a fast start-up of heat energy.
The heat pipe can reach temperatures of up to 222 °C when exposed to sunlight, providing high-temperature hot water.
The system employs double-layer solar vacuum tubes with AL/AL-ALN(H)/AL-ALN(L)/ALN coating, ensuring high absorption rates (>92%), low reflectivity (<8%), and an expected service life of 15 years.
● Water tank Solar vacuum tube and bracket: 5 (five) years,
● Solar water heater parts (accessories such as controller, PT valve, non-return safety valve, vacuum safety valve magnesium anode. electric heating element…) : 1 (one) year

An integrated pressurized solar water heater uses heat pipe vacuum tubes to absorb solar energy. The water is kept under pressure, ensuring stable water flow and consistent water temperature. Unlike non-pressurized systems, the pressurized design allows for better performance and is ideal for high-demand hot water usage, such as in showers.
A heat pipe vacuum tube system is more efficient in capturing sunlight and performing well in colder or cloudy climates due to superior insulation. Flat plate systems are best for warm climates where solar radiation is stable. Heat pipe systems also tend to be more compact and faster to install compared to flat plate systems.
An integrated pressurized system maintains high water pressure for more powerful water flow in showers and faucets. Non-pressurized systems are simpler and more affordable, but they rely on gravity for water flow and do not maintain consistent pressure, making them unsuitable for higher-demand applications like commercial use or multi-story buildings.
Electric water heaters require continuous power supply, adding to electricity costs and potential safety risks. An integrated solar water heater, on the other hand, uses free solar energy and requires no electricity to operate under sunny conditions, significantly lowering operational costs and avoiding electrical risks like overheating or short circuits.
Pressurized systems require a more complex installation due to the need for pressure regulators and specialized plumbing. However, they offer better performance and long-term reliability. Non-pressurized systems are simpler and cheaper to install but lack the performance and pressure stability that pressurized systems provide, especially in larger buildings or for heavy-duty use.
